Refund and Return Policy for MODAGE

At MODAGE, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns in all cases, even if you simply don’t like the product. Our return policy is as follows:

- Eligibility for Return: 
  You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

- Condition of Returned Items: 
  To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If the product you received is faulty or damaged:

- Company Pays Return Costs: 
  If the item is defective or arrives damaged, MODAGE will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at modagecraft@gmail.com to arrange the return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

- Customer Pays Return Costs:
  If you wish to return the item for any other reason, such as you don’t like the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

- Refund Approval:
  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

- Non-Refundable Costs:
  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product is faulty.
